Our Payment Processing Representatives are responsible for processing patient payments over the phone. They answer transferred calls for multiple clients, note the systems and process payments. Reps average 75+ phone calls on a daily basis.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience (could be in an industry)
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent

Compensation: $14.50/hour
Benefits: Full benefits available after 60 days. Company pays the first $400 leaving a minimal premium for health insurance.
Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm
Training: 3 weeks; paid and provided onsite
