In December of 2005, Client Financial Services opened its doors in the top floor of the renovated Fisher Body building on Saginaw Street near downtown Flint. Quickly outgrowing the 10,000 square foot space, Client Financial Services relocated to the Gateway Centre in April of 2009, acquiring over 24,000 square feet in which to expand its business. Due to consistent and often rapid growth, Client Financial outgrew the Gateway Centre and purchased its new location, the former headquarters of VG’s Grocery chain 10 miles down the road in Fenton, Michigan. At over 40,000 square feet and land on which to expand its campus with a multi-story complex, this new state of the art facility provides us with ample room to grow, allowing us to properly staff whenever a new client decides that we are the perfect fit.
Our founders, well-known in the industry, together hold over a half-century’s experience in the customer service/collection industry within the State of Michigan. Their mission is to provide an agency that will “Listen, Learn and Customize” for each client’s specific needs. Over the years we have discovered that clients desire an agency that will apply those principles and work as a true business partner with their entity.
