Recon Clerks complete daily audits to assure our system matches that of our Client. They are responsible for processing transactions correctly by accepting or rejecting payments, making necessary adjustments and resolving any discrepancies with account balances. Confidentiality of all patient information must be maintained.

Training: 3 weeks. Paid and provided onsite

Our representatives handle inbound calls from patients with questions on their medical statements. This is not a telemarketing or cold-calling position. Representatives simply help patients understand their medical statements that they receive from their doctor or hospital visit. They verify insurances, process payments, negotiate payment arrangements and resolve accounts. Reps average between 65-75 phone calls on a daily basis.
